The Lincoln Room

The Alpine Room

Relax and gaze out over Table Mountain where the wild animals roam. This room features a king size bed, a sitting area with fireplace, and a private bath. Sleeps up to 3 people, with roll-away bed. $110 per night. Remember, this price includes a complete breakfast in the morning!!
    

The Wildflower Room

Open your eyes to brilliant wildflowers both in your room and nestled among the fragrant sagebrush on the mountain side! This room features a king size bed, sitting area, and a private bath. $105 per night. Remember, this price includes a complete breakfast in the morning!!

The Geranium Room

Cheerful geraniums greet you to a room overlooking meadow and alpine trees.  This room features a rustic log headboard on a queen size bed, a sitting area, and a private bath. Deer from the nearby mountain side may peak in your window! $95 per night. Remember, this price includes a complete breakfast in the morning!

Reservations will include payment for the first night,   balance due 30 days prior to reservation. Full payment may be requested for the holidays. Your deposit will be refunded if the Coyote Ridge Bed & Breakfast is notified more than 30 days before arrival. All payment will be forfeited if notification is made less than 30 days unless the space can be filled. All cancellations will have a $25 handling fee per room. Guests are held responsible to pay for all nights reserved, regardless of the guests actual arrival or departure date.

From Denver, take I-70 West to Exit 232, taking Route 40 through Winter Park and Granby. Turn right on Route 34 and go 6 1/2 miles to a sign that says "Lake Granby" with an arrow pointing to the lake [(between milemarker 6 and 7)]. You are at the top of the hill. Go to the bottom of the hill and on the LEFT side will be a green street sign saying "4051". Turn left and you are there!! 851 is on the house and you can see the house from Route 34.

Directions from West Entrance of Rocky Mountain Park are as follows:
Take Route 34 South 8 miles [(between milemarker 6 and 7)] to a green street sign on the RIGHT saying "4051". Turn right and you are there!! "851" is on the house; the spotlights will be on if it is dark. You can see the house from Route 34.
